2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the bag999 Platform. bag999 operates a strict 21+ policy. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age verification process reveals that the account holder is under 21 years of age. Any winnings or bonuses accrued by an underage Player will be forfeited without exception.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended primarily for adult players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bag999 does not accept registrations from any individual located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. We reserve the right to restrict access by geographic region at any time without prior notice.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the bag999 Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the permanent forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses. If you have accidentally created more than one account, you must contact our support team immediately.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

bag999 may require identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: prior to processing a withdrawal request, following a material change to your account details, or where our fraud prevention systems flag an account for review. KYC documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, along with proof of address and, in certain cases, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal restriction.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bag999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. You must notify bag999 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. bag999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposited funds must be used for wagering purposes. bag999 reserves the right to decline any deposit that appears inconsistent with normal player activity.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise specified. bag999 targets processing all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification status.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified bag999 account details.
• bag999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 (Bonuses) for full details.
• bag999 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

4.3 Currency & Fees

All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bag999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bag999 accepts no responsibility.

5.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the bag999 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino tables, by real-time studio dealing. bag999 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are determined by the respective game provider and are independently verified. RTP rates vary by title; players are encouraged to review individual game information pages before wagering.

5.2 Betting Rules

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. bag999 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except in documented cases of technical malfunction.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface and may be adjusted by bag999 at any time.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disruption affecting a game or betting market, bag999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or unintended platform behaviour to generate artificial winnings is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of gains.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting intended to manipulate outcomes is forbidden and will be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
• Placing bets in a manner designed to exploit promotional offers beyond their intended purpose ("bonus abuse") is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of bonuses, reversal of related winnings, and account closure.

6.1 Odds & Markets

Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds are updated continuously; bag999 accepts no responsibility for latency in odds display caused by the Player's internet connection. bag999 reserves the right to remove any market, suspend betting, or amend odds at its sole discretion, including after bet placement where warranted by exceptional circumstances such as event abandonment or verified data errors.

6.2 Void & Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a conclusion within the timeframe specified in the relevant market rules, bets may be declared void and stakes returned to Player accounts. Specific rules for each sport and market are set by our sportsbook provider and take precedence in determining settlement outcomes.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New Players who register and complete their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 subject to the minimum deposit threshold and any verification requirements applicable at the time. The welcome bonus is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method. bag999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, crash titles, and sportsbook bets may carry different contribution percentages. Contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• If a Player requests a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, bag999 reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonus amounts and related winnings prior to processing the withdrawal.
• Bonus expiry periods apply. Any bonus and associated winnings that have not been cleared within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a formal self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure are available. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will be ineligible to open a new account on the Platform. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

10.1 Platform Availability

bag999 aims to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bag999 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable. bag999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
